Dancer Initial Assessment (1 hour 30 minutes) 

A full-body movement screen designed to identify muscle imbalances, joint limitations, and areas of potential injury risk. You’ll receive a customized plan on the next steps to help you move smarter, train safer, and perform stronger.

Recovery & Mobility Session (1 hour) 

Guided or hands-on techniques to reduce muscle soreness, improve flexibility, and relieve fatigue after classes or rehearsals. Sessions may include stretching, mobility drills, self-release techniques, and activation work.

Dancer-Specific Training (1 hour) 

A personalized training session targeting the strength, control, and flexibility needed for dance. The focus is on correcting imbalances, improving performance, and enhancing movement quality in your dance style.

Solo Analysis (1 hour)

In-depth review of your solo routine with feedback on technique, injury risks, and performance mechanics. Includes practical corrections and suggestions for improvement.

Weekly Private Training Package (1 hour each week) 

Weekly sessions combine 1-on-1 services for consistent, personalized dancer care. This package is perfect for competition season, auditions, or long-term performance goals.

In-studio sessions may require a rental and travel fee depending on location.
