Quick movement screens for individual dancers to identify injury risks, movement concerns, and desired skills with tips dancers can use immediately.

Convention Classes
Bring the power of dance wellness to your event with a customizable convention experience. Each convention includes a 30-minute dynamic warm-up to kick things off, followed by your choice of classes tailored to your dancers’ needs. You can select from 30-minute static cool down, Injury Prevention (ages 11 & under or 12 & up), Special Skills (ages 11 & under or 12 & up), and Teacher Injury Awareness Training.​

Travel and accommodation fees are not included in the base price and will be added based on event location.
